These large-size sliders, with their superior load-bearing capacity and smooth operation, are widely used in heavy-duty gantry milling machines, large stamping equipment, and injection molding machines.
Despite the large size of the 65 series sliders, their internal manufacturing precision requirements are extremely stringent. Before shipment, each slider underwent the following steps:
Preload Level Verification: To meet the customer's requirement for ultra-high rigidity, we used a precision ball selection process to ensure that the deformation of the slider remains controlled within the micrometer level when bearing loads of tens of tons.
Circulation System Testing: The large-size sliders have large-diameter steel balls and long circulation paths. We finely ground the return channels to ensure smooth, jam-free operation even under high thrust.
Sealing Performance Testing: Considering the complex operating conditions of large equipment, this batch of sliders comes standard with double dustproof sealing end caps and is equipped with a metal scraper to handle chips and dust in heavy industrial environments.
Customer On-Site Installation Recommendations
To ensure these heavy-duty components perform at their best, installers are advised to pay attention to the following:
Lifting Assistance: The 65 series sliders are relatively heavy. When manually installing, please use small lifting tools or wear non-slip gloves to prevent slippage and damage to the bottom reference surface of the slider.
Reference Surface Cleaning: Before installing the slider onto the guide rail, please thoroughly clean the slider mounting surface and the reference side of the guide rail with aviation kerosene or industrial alcohol.
Lubrication First: Although rust prevention treatment has been applied at the factory, please fill the nozzle with lubricating grease that meets the equipment requirements before formal trial operation.
